What this is

Photo Picker is a personal tool for curating Instagram carousels. You upload photos, AI groups similar shots, you pick favorites, and download a ZIP. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Using the app

• You must be 13 or older to use this service.
• Only upload photos you own or have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Don't upload illegal content, content that violates anyone's privacy, or anything you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI service.
• This is a personal project, not a commercial product. It may go down, change, or stop working at any time.

Your photos

You retain full ownership of your photos. We don't claim any license to your content beyond what's needed to run the service (processing them, generating thumbnails, clustering them, and letting you download the result). Photos are automatically deleted within 12 hours of upload.

No warranties

This app is provided “as is” without any warranty. We don't guarantee it will work correctly, be available at any particular time, or preserve your photos if something goes wrong. Always keep your original photos somewhere safe — don't rely on this service as your only copy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of photos, data, or damages arising from your use of this service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
